Trauma Informed Yoga Classes

Vision Statement

To create a world where every individual-regardless of age or background-feels safe, seen, and supported through mindful movement, compassionate connection, and opportunities for inner healing and growth.

Type of Classes

Kids Yoga (Ages 4–6 & 7–9):

Playful, age-appropriate yoga sessions with themed movements, games, and mindfulness. Designed to support emotional regulation, body awareness, and creative expression.

Adult Trauma-Informed Yoga:

Weekly classes focused on emotional resilience, self-esteem, and healing. Sessions include mindful movement, journaling prompts, breathwork, and optional chair-based support.

Chair Yoga:

Gentle, accessible yoga done entirely from a chair. Ideal for those with mobility challenges, chronic pain, or in recovery.

Family Yoga (Monthly):

One-hour themed sessions for all ages. Families move, breathe, play, and reflect together with trauma-informed guidance.
